Quality

At IMATS S.A., we focus on delivering each manufactured part "right first time", on time. We have implemented procedures to ensure this and to meet and go beyond our customer’s expectations, whatever the scale of the project.

Our team of qualified engineers produce work and quality instructions, either as printed documents or videos, to ensure processes are followed easily. Operators are then individually trained on each job and take full responsibility for the items they produce.

For each run, first and last off examples are kept and batch coding is labelled on each part or each box to allow full traceability. We also carry out, where appropriate, in-process quality checks. Certificates of conformity are supplied when required.
